Lavender Town is a Toronto-based band combining jazz harmony with noisy rock textures and melodic ideas inspired by post-punk, video game music, and Japanese jazz fusion. Their compositions balance tightly arranged ensemble writing with fearless improvisation, weaving catchy melodies through moments of virtuosic instrumental interplay.

Since forming, the band has sold out headlining performances at Toronto venues including Lee's Palace, The Great Hall, and The Garrison, establishing themselves as one of the city's emerging voices in alternative jazz. They are currently in the studio recording their next album, scheduled for release in late fall 2026, with an Ontario and Quebec tour planned for spring 2027
